RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Products

AGWOP primarily provides:

• Digital products
• Consulting services
• Strategy calls
• Marketing services
• Software access
• Online training materials

Because our products are digital and service-based, traditional physical returns do not apply.

2. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds once:

• A digital file has been downloaded
• Access credentials have been issued
• Course materials have been accessed

3. Service-Based Refunds

For monthly retainer services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• 30-day written cancellation notice is required
• Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable

4. Strategy Calls & Consultations

Consultations are non-refundable.

However:
• Rescheduling is permitted with 24-hour notice
• No-shows are not eligible for credit

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed under exceptional circumstances at management discretion.

AGWOPIFY reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Account suspension
• Legal review
